On first pass the Hollywood Park card for Thursday didn't look weak, it looked helpless. A deeper dive uncovered more price opportunities than you would imagine, for example:
The first pass at race 5 looked like a 2-horse affair between the 4 (8:5) and the 7 (7:2); however, given the right shape of the race, I've got three long shots who could contend to upset, making this a quite playable race, #1 at 8:1, #2 at 12:1 and #8 at 8:1. I'll box all 5 of them , just in case it's a good day for all three of the prices.
Similar scenarios present themselves in Races Three, Six and Eight..... so we'll step it up a notch on Thursday.

DK plays a $4 Exacta with our first position Top Pick with any other Top Pick who is 4:1 or more over each of our selections (Top Picks or Long Shots) who are 4:1 or more.
Example: In the 5th at Hollywood Park on Opening Day, DK used our first position Top Pick #1 and #3 who was our 2nd position Top Pick at 9:2 over the same #1 and #3 , plus our two long shots #6 and #8.........1-3 over 1-3-6-8 (a $24 Play).........it came 3 - 6 and returned $230.........not quite the 10:1 amount bet to amount won, but good enough to cover the ones who don't win and make DK a profit come the end of each week he's used this method.
