Hollywood Park is the place to play! Opening day was no disappointment! We expected a surprise winner in the sixth, thus "all'd" that leg on our P3..........bingo, winner got off at 32:1 and paid $67.40.......adding to our previous P3 and Trifecta wins .........off to a winning start at our favorite race track!
The Pick Six today paid over $60,000 indicative of the quality of racing at Hollywood.
Oh so close moan of the day:
Our $36 PPA play had 2 splits, so effectively we had 4 tickets with 7 for 7 going for the final leg.......they started our singled horse in the 8th much too fast, burned out, pulled up for a heartbreak loss.
First Post on Thursday is 12:30pm PDT. We'll be sending out orders rec'd tonight (Wednesday) a little later this evening. We'll also be accepting and processing orders right up to the 12:30 First Post on Thursday.
Racing for Thursday again looks good with even a better card with 65 entries over the 8-race card. Each of the last 5 races are good wagering opportunities, thus we'll focus there.
