Wednesday's racing at Santa Anita looks like a good one to close out the year on a winning note. First Post will be 1:00pm PST
Here are a couple real good priced horses we'll be using in our exotics:
Race 5 appears a terrific wagering opportunity where a trio of long shots figure within a step of favorite #4 Twin Turbo, at least that's the one who should be favored. We'll be using #2 Familiar Stranger, #9 Glimmering Pete, and #8 Saxophone and each carry a morning line of 8:1. Of the three I favor, #2 is the most likely to pull the upset based on his demonstrated speed. I also like Quinonez here to read the pace correctly and make this one deliver.
Race Seven also presents a terrific wagering opportunity with even a bigger morning line favorite #7 Dearest Trickski at 9:5 figuring only very slightly ahead of the 8(at 4:1),1(at 8:1), 4(at 8:1) and 6 (at 10:1).....this race is too juicy to pass up for today's Balwal play which will be a $24 ticket. The long shot I like the best here is #1 Lovely Isle who should be 8:1 or more by post time.
Good luck on New Year's Eve and anytime you're At The Track!
