Racing remains terrific at Del Mar with 9 good ones going at 3:00pm PDT on Friday!
Free Friday Long Shot:
In Del Mar's fifth race, I like #10 Executive Sweet at 12:1 ML. The horses taking most of the money will be the 1 and 8 and 5 and I believe enough so in the festive crowd on Friday evening to drive Executive Sweet's odds even higher. Over the mile, this fillie is just as fast as those fav's and if Victor gets a good trip, we may just cash a good one. Looks to be a very good gamble to me and I'll be watching the odds board. If they go up on her, I'll play even more American dollars. I'm also using her in all my exotics connected to this race. Better still no one appears to be touting this horse and the "barn report" is good.
We're putting out a little more money than the average day on Friday, as I think the value potential in the card warrants it.
