We managed to finish off 2008 with a nice winning day, thanks to our BalWaL trifecta win and our recommended Long Shot, winning the 7th on Wednesday.
On Thursday, the plan is to continue the winning ways and get 2009 started off with a Bang! First Post will be 12:00 Noon PST, but we'll just watch the first four races, as the real action begins races Five through Ten, beginning at 2:05 PST.
Each of the final six races are quite playable from a wagering perspective, for both multi-race horizontal betting, and for vertical trifecta and superfecta plays. The Pick Six looks very tough, so we'll just venture a small ticket and hope we got them right. Friday's card is much easier and it's likely there will be a carryover anyway.
For New Year's Day:
We'll have a couple real "elephant bagger" pick three plays and several trifecta plays with large pay off potential, including our BalWaL play where we'll try to go "back to back" in closing one year and opening the next with a minimum 10:1 winning ticket.
