The 2008 Breeders' Cup
The biggest day in horse racing is almost here. A full day of racing with the best horses in the world will be at Santa Anita. With so many great races and top talent, its going to be one exciting time despite the fact that Big Brown had to pull out of the race versus Curlin. We were all looking forward to that match-up, but the day no doubt still provide lots of intrigue with top international horses competing. The new synthetic track at Santa Anita will also add a new variable as many of the top horses have never run on it, and even those that have may not have yet been on the Pro Ride surface that is now installed after the draining problems on the Cushion Track from the previous Santa Anita meet. Rest assured, there will be plenty of opportunities for the big exotic pays, as there will be lots of horses in each race contending to win. A perfect set-up!
As usual we'll be ready with our picks to help you hit the big score. Like last year we'll be including in the Breeders' Cup Package: our Best Bets of the Day package, our Top Picks & Longshots, our Pick 6 Play, our BalWal Play of the Day; as well as our newest product, The Place Pick All, which helps you hit the Place Pick All wager, which is a feature at the Southern California tracks. Santa Anita also offers some unique bets such as the Pick 5, which pays out every day regardless of whether someone hits it, and it is only a $1 wager. It also offers the Super High 5 in the last race of the day which requires picking the first five horses and is also a $1 wager, but with potential of a carryover like the Pick 6. We'll be offering strategies and wager suggestions for these bets with the package.
We will have a wide array of wager selections to fit bankrolls ranging from $200-$1,000 per day. All selections will be made by our Founder/Handicapper Ron Robinson.
